Refunds & Returns

Please read through the contents of this page carefully and be sure you understand our policies clearly before completing your purchase. For refund or return inquiries, please email us at sales@vegelabel.com

We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your order. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your purchase and you have not initiated a return with us, unfortunately we can’t offer you returns. We do not accept returned items that were sent directly to us without reaching out to us first for a return ticket.

To initiate a refund,

1. Email us at sales@vegelabel.com with your order number and the item(s) you would like to return within 7 days of receiving your order. We will not accept returned items that were sent directly to us without reaching out to us first for a return ticket.

2. Place the item you would like to return in its original packaging.

3. Drop off your package at your local post office. Customer is responsible for return postage. 

4. Once we receive your return product, we will process your refund as long as it meets our return conditions.  Please allow up to 7 days to process returns. 

Once your return is processed, we will grant you a credit in the form a custom coupon code (of value equal to your purchase
excluding shipping costs) to be used at your next checkout. The credit does not expire. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

1. Must initiate return by emailing us within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Items must be in their unused condition. We will not accept used items, warn, damaged, washed or altered. 

3. We will not accept returned items that were sent directly to us without reaching out to us first for a return ticket.

4. We do not accept returns or exchange on items that are on clearance and final sale.

5. ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. 

If you wish to return products to our return address, please submit a return ticket to us first at sales@vegelabel.com and our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours to initiate your return ticket.

Once your order is placed, we can no longer cancel your order. Please read our return and refund policy.

If your order arrives damaged, please send us the proof. Once damage is verified, we will process your return and you have 2 options for your damaged item/s; 1) Free replacement of the damaged item or 2) Return the item/s and get an in-store credit where you can use to purchase again on our website.

You have 1-2 days to report of the damaged item/s. If 1-2 days have passed, you may still return the item/s. Please read our return policy for more information.
