How long does shipping take? What is shipping cost?
We ship to USA and 55 international destinations. Worldwide shipping 7-10 business days. Flat rate shipping is $6.99.
Please note because of the pandemic global network logistic delays, there may be delays in shipping. However, our goal is to deliver within the delivery period and we are consistently meeting this time frame.
Does Vege Label charge tax?
We only charge sales tax on our products if you're ordering from California. No sales tax if you are placing your order from outside of California.
Where are the products shipped from?
Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in Los Angeles, California or from our warehouses overseas (Europe and Hong Kong).
Customers are responsible for any import tax or customs charge if applicable to where you are receiving the product.
We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure that all the information you enter into your shipping placement is correct, especially your address and your email. We are not responsible for mistakes made on your part. We are also not responsible for stolen or missing packages once they are delivered.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Vege Label is not responsible for any lost, stolen, held, or undelivered packages. Once the package is forwarded to the shipping company, delivery is out of our control. Furthermore, we are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info provided by customer.

How can I track my order?

If you order multiple products, products may come in multiple shipments. Rest assured that your items are on the way.
How long does it take to process my order?
Because of the global Covid-19 global network delays, processing orders may take up to 7 business days.
